INSTRUCTIONS:

 

You can grate or eat whole, a carrot or a Potato or a apple. THESE ARE ALL ACID NEUTRALIZERS. I have eaten a whole medium sized carrot for heartburn on its own and it has taken my heartburn away. You could mix the three, but one of the three should work.
