Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions:

Take 1 teaspoon of vinegar for immediate hiccup relief.

Combine one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, salt and three tablespoons of clover honey in a glass of warm water, mix it up and add mint leaves. Gargle as often as necessary.

Heat about 1 cup of mineral oil on low in a pan. Add a 1″ x 1″ x 3″ chunk of Bees wax to the hot oil. Heat until it melts. Remove from the heat and add about 1/2 cup of lanolin and mix extremely well. Let the mixture cool enough so that it won’t melt a plastic container. Pour the mixture into the container and let it set to finish cooling. You should now have a semi-solid cream. (It will be kind of stiff from the bees wax.) Apply a heavy dab to areas affected by psoriasis. This WILL NOT get rid of the redness but it will leave your skin free of dryness. You will notice results in about two hours. All dryness will be saturated with the mixture.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Apply the Vicks to the nail once a day until the fungus clears up. You will need to keep the nail cut short and the black will be pushed out as the new growth comes in behind it. This process may take 3-6 months but it works.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Finger or toe nails that are infected with a fungus may look yellow, soft and cheesy. Soak the finger or toe in apple cider vinegar for about 30 seconds 3 times a day for a week. Over about a months time the yellowness will leave first, then the nail will begin to turn white again. As the nail grows out, clip it as usual. Over time, it will be as normal as your other nails. All it takes is a little patience.
