Instructions:

 

Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey in a glass of water and drink it 15-20 minutes before
you eat.

Note: Diabetics and hypoglycemics should replace honey with raw agave nectar or stevia.

V8 Juice and Weight Control
