V8 Juice and Weight Control

One of these good choices you can make is to drink a glass of low sodium V8 juice 15 - 20 minutes before you eat. Thus juice will help suppress your appetite. A 12 ounce serving of V8 juice counts as 3 servings of vegetables, contains about 70 calories and provides you with vitamins, minerals and fiber your body needs.
I can tell you from experience that a can of V8 juice is a great between meal snack if you do get hungry.
