Flu | Lemon | Cinnamon | Honey



1 Gallon of water

4 Lemons

2 Cinnamon sticks

Honey as desired 2 tbs.





Instructions: Put a gallon of water to boil with 4 lemons cut in cross, not all the way through just cross, and put in 2 sticks of cinnamon. Bring water fully to a broil. Add Honey in your cup as desired. Two tbs are usually good. Take at night time. Day time is fine as long you stay home and rest. This will make you sweat all the junk that is causing you to feel yucky and especially your sore throat. This is best taken at the beginning of flu symptoms.
